Payment

OrthoKidster™ accepts online payments with VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay and ApplePay.

Payment will only be charged from your account when the physical item has been shipped. We do not charge card fees.

Amount Reservation

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The amount remains reserved on your card or account until:

– We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
– The amount is released in accordance with your card issuer's terms.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

OrthoKidster™ uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, so your data is protected and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

OrthoKidster's own website also uses SSL encryption.

Delivery

Delivery time is 5-7 business days.

OrthoKidster™ ships with:

Free shipping is currently offered.
You can choose delivery "without distribution" or "with distribution".

You will always receive a track & trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your address.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 60 days full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order.

The 60 days apply from the day the item is delivered.

Return costs are covered by you.

Requests for withdrawal must be notified no later than 30 days after delivery and can be sent to contact@orthokidster.com or via the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to accept delivery without informing us.

Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, postage, and any applicable duties or fees;.

The item must be returned in original packaging and with all contents.

If packaging is missing, $14 will be deducted from the purchase amount.


Refund

If you withdraw, we refund the entire purchase amount including shipping costs (but not additional fees for delivery methods
