Shipping Policy

Every parcel leaves our warehouse with three promises: speed, transparency, and no unexpected fees.

Where we ship

We currently ship to most countries and territories worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 (warehouse local time) are usually picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch the same business day.

Standard processing: 1–2 business days

Pre-orders: processing begins as soon as stock arrives at our nearest warehouse

Shipping options & delivery time

Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days

Remote areas: please allow an additional 2 business days

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier, not from the time of purchase.

Carriers & hand-over

We work with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services, selected automatically to provide the fastest route to your address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an “Order Fulfilled” email containing the carrier name, tracking link, and estimated delivery window.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

There are no additional duties, taxes, or hidden brokerage fees — these are covered by us whenever applicable.

Tracking & notifications

Live tracking is available from dispatch to delivery.

You may also receive optional email or SMS updates depending on your region and carrier.

Delivery process

Signature on delivery may be required depending on the selected carrier.

If no signature is required, the parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If delivery is missed, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, please contact us.

We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Shipping details can be changed until the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Once shipped, any reroute or return-to-sender may result in a re-dispatch fee.
