With our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, also known as our money-back guarantee, you can try our products completely risk-free. The satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of purchase and for 60 days thereafter.
Products covered by the guarantee include OrthoKidster™.
If you are not satisfied with the results within this period, we offer a full refund as compensation for your time (minus shipping costs).
However, the product must be used for a minimum of 3 weeks, as the foot needs time to adjust to a new product.

1. Contact us at contact@orthokidster.com before the 60 days expire.
2. Write why the product is not working for you (optional, but helpful to us).
3. We will send you a link to the return portal.
4. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, postage, and any applicable duties or fees;
5. Send the product back within 7 days after the guarantee expires.
6. Our returns department will process the return package within 7–14 days.
7. We will refund the product price.
We expect you to treat the product as if it were your own. It may naturally be tried out — that's the whole point — but it must not be broken, cracked, damaged, stained, or otherwise used beyond normal use. Original packaging is required, as well as the paper the product was wrapped in, in the original box and the tissue paper.
If the product has been used beyond normal testing as described above, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund. If the product is in a condition where it would otherwise need to be discarded, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, we may send it back to you at your expense.
OrthoKidster™ accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard and Google Pay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item has been shipped. We do not charge card fees.
Reservation of funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is authorized immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
• We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
• The amount is released according to your card issuer's terms.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark – Danish kroner (DKK).
OrthoKidster™ uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
OrthoKidster's own website also uses SSL encryption to protect your information.
Would you like to change or cancel your order?
If you contact us quickly, we may still be able to help — but please note that this is not always possible if the order has already been packed at our warehouse.
We usually pack orders within one hour of purchase, so there is only a short window where changes can be made. Therefore, we recommend that you double-check your order before completing your purchase to avoid mistakes and regrets.
If the order has already been packed and you still wish to cancel, you are of course welcome to return the item – but you must cover the return shipping cost yourself.
Returns and right of withdrawal
If you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of receipt, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and entitled to a refund, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as when received.

In the return portal, you will be guided through the process and given access to your return label. The return shipment costs 48.75 kr., which covers shipping, administration, and handling. The amount is automatically deducted from your refund.
We refund the full order amount, including shipping costs (but not any additional shipping fees if you have chosen a different delivery method than our standard delivery). Refunds are made to the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We retain the payment until we have received and inspected the returned item. If the item is in acceptable condition, we process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Right to make a complaint
According to Danish consumer law, there is a 2-year warranty on all products. The right to complain covers defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
If your complaint is justified, you can – depending on the situation – have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a credit note, or a price reduction.
Complaints about defects and faults must be reported to OrthoKidster within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. A period of two months is considered reasonable.
OrthoKidster covers reasonable shipping costs in connection with a justified complaint.

Customer and privacy policy
We do NOT sell or share your personal information with others. Your data is stored exclusively in our customer database, and you can request to have your information deleted at any time.

We only collect your personal information for the purpose of delivering your order. Personal data is stored by OrthoKidster for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
When we collect personal data through our website, it is always with your explicit consent, so you are fully informed about what information is collected and why.
Only the director and employees of OrthoKidster have access to the registered information. We do not store or transmit customer data in encrypted form.
Your rights as a registered customer:
