Payments will only be debited from your account once the physical product is shipped. We do not charge card fees.

Need to cancel or change your order?
If you reach out quickly, we might be able to help â but please note that once your order has been packed at our warehouse, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
We usually process and pack orders within an hour of purchase, which means thereâs only a short window to make changes. Thatâs why we encourage you to double-check your order before completing checkout to avoid any issues.
If your package has already been packed and youâd still like to cancel, you're welcome to return it â but return shipping will be at your own expense.
To qualify for our money-back guarantee, please follow these instructions:
- Take a clear photo of the product and the specific issue (documented evidence from your camera roll).
- Send an email to our customer support at Support@orthokidster.com.
- Your request will be reviewed within 2â3 days after submission.
- Make sure your photos include valid date and time stamps (screenshots from your camera roll are acceptable).
- Requests for the money-back guarantee must be submitted within 4 months of receiving the product.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we are not reasonably satisfied with the evidence provided.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and eligible for a refund, provided the item is unused and in the same condition as when received.

The portal will guide you through the process and provide access to your return label.
Return shipping costs $12, which covers shipping, administration, and handling. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
We refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs (excluding any extra fees if you selected a non-standard delivery option).
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
We will withhold the refund until the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returned products that are not in near-new condition will not be approved for refund.
Unclaimed packages returned to us after carrier reminders will only be refunded 14 days after the return shipment has been initiated.
In such cases, you may choose to have the package re-shipped for a fee of DKK 112, or have the order canceled, with the fee deducted from your refund.

Warranty (Right to Complain)
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, all products come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in software, materials, or manufacturing.
If your claim is justified, you may â depending on the situation â have the item repaired, replaced, receive a store credit, or get a partial refund.
Claims regarding defects must be submitted to OrthoKidster within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. A period of two months is generally considered reasonable.
OrthoKidster will cover reasonable shipping costs in connection with valid warranty claims.
